5 Responsive Web Design Trends To Revolutionize a Business

A responsive web design company helps in effective display of same content in a different manner across a variety of devices.

This has resulted in publishers getting evolved so the content experiences become more engaging. Many businesses have actually given all credit for their success to the responsive design. In fact, according to a survey, the rate of conversion has been increased by 56% in major publishers. However, the process of responsive design implementation may not be easy and many publishers and developers find it hard to adapt their content according to varying layouts. To tackle this problem some technologies are emerging so that consumers can enjoy customized and seamless content experiences.

No. 1 Simpler emails ~

Web publishers find responsive design to be a very crucial weapon. But in case of email marketing this might not be a necessary solution. There are quite a number of users who open mail on mobile devices but according to tests, responsive design did not result in increased conversions or clicks. However, it does not imply that the mail should not fit the screen of the reader; the sole solution for this is not just responsive design. You can also handle this from the base by simplifying the mail template and put the width at 600 pixels maximum. The links and buttons should be clicked by both thumbs and cursors.

You should also collect some information about the devices used by the users to open the emails. For example if the frequency of mails opening in a phone is quite high for a user then they surely do it on a regular basis. So effectively you can provide them with information that will be useful for them on the go.

No. 2 Adaptive delivery ~

As per a report, if the loading time of a retail webpage is more than three seconds then they lose 57% of the traffic. The attention is growing scarcer with each passing day and there are many users who have no patience for slow loading websites. This issue may become worse with responsive web designs. Normally sites which use responsive web designs take longer loading time due to the backing of various codes for tablet, desktop, mobile and such other potential devices. However, mobile sites have just codes for mobile while desktop sites have just codes for desktop layouts. There was a time when shorter loading times could be created by progressive enhancement. But now the newly emerging technology is working around this barrier. The various kinds of incoming devices are detected by Adaptive Delivery, thus loading varying batches of CSS and HTML and only the assets which are needed for that particular device. The load time can be reduced but without the need for complete overhauling of website; the desktop website which had been invested with a huge amount of resources can be kept as it is.

No. 3 Responsive design analyst ~

Responsive design provides a number of variations across several platforms and to manage the changes analysts are needed. Sensible companies have begun to hire responsive design analysts or a responsive web design company. The role of analysts will be similar to editors or emerging platforms or mobile, acting as user advocates, figuring out the fine balance between responsiveness and information. Emerging platforms editors and mobile editors will also be supported through help lent to brands in choosing between adaptive delivery and responsive web design, coordinating content choreography and understanding about progressive enhancement. They can also help in content reorganization and streamlining information architecture.

No. 4 Sensor splendour ~

New hardware pieces are being integrated with more sensors and this can aid brands by helping them better understand the environment of the users accessing their websites. Like if it can be determined that a user is commuting through his or her speed of accelerating and decelerating, then it may be assumed that they need content to fill up their time, content such as breaking news can be served to them so that their curiosity may be satiated or their spirits may be uplifted through inspiring stories before they reach their office.

No. 5 Own audiences may be attracted by advertisers ~

Historically, there is a certain lagging behind of online advertisers in case of ads designed responsively to work in the same monetization level on any device. A lot of work can be done with editorial content that is sponsored. Some publishers have already realized this and content is already being design by use of responsive web technology. If this technology can be applied by brand on their won platforms, then data can be collected as well so that they can gain insights into the way users interact with devices as well as the brand’s content.

For responsive design to have a full-fledged impact, design needs to implement a new focus and many changes will be required such as exploring new software and hardware as well as actual responsibilities and roles in organizations. A responsive web design company will help you connect with your audiences in a way that is much deeper, collecting crucial data that will help the business and brand succeed.

Summary ~

Responsive web design is the latest favorite amongst companies and developers alike. Hence to make the most of it you need to keep track of the latest responsive web design trends.

I agree. I was eaten up with anger when my e-commerce site got hit by Google and was not making business at all. I had to redirect it to a new refreshed version. I consider responsive web designing this time and guess what! it’s back with a bang.
